Welcome to Trillium Way in Bryson City!

Come enjoy our quaint newly built 2-bedroom house that offers the best views of the Smoky Mountains within 5 minutes of downtown Bryson.

We can comfortably sleep 6 (king in master, queen in secondary, and queen on the most comfortable sleeper sofa you'll ever find). Our hot tub, BBQ grill, fire pit, and indoor fireplace are sure to please while you take in some of the best westerly views around from our covered deck.

The space
Trillium Way offers two private bedrooms and an open concept living/kitchen area. The master provides an en suite bath (shower only), a desk nook, and access to the back deck. The secondary bedroom provides a nice private sleeping space away from the master with hallway access to the second full bath (bathtub/shower combination).

Both bedrooms feature Bear memory foam mattresses which are GreenGuard and CertiPUR certified for an incredible night's sleep. The living area boasts what could arguably be described as the most comfortable memory foam sleeper sofa you'll ever find.

The living area has multiple seating options for a cozy night in front of the fireplace (available October - March) and big screen tv. Our covered rear deck offers comfy rocking chairs and spectacular sunset views looking almost straight west with access to the hot tub, BBQ grill and fire pit areas.

The kitchen comes stocked with all expected utensils, cutlery, appliances and 'smore roasting sticks for your use. However, due to cleanliness and hygiene preferences, we do not provide any spices, oils, etc. or consumables beyond 2 paper towel rolls and foil.

PLEASE NOTE:

There is a short, mildly steep grade leading to the house, but it can be easily managed in a 2-wheel drive vehicle and parking by the house is on level ground. We do incur some daytime road noise due to proximity of Highway 74, but it largely abates for very peaceful evenings.

Wifi is provided by an over-the-air signal and maxes out at 25 Mbps. We've had no issues streaming to 3 TVs and multiple cell phones simultaneously. While we cannot guarantee speeds and connectivity, remote work should be considered doable.

Other things to note
While we love to host families, we unfortunately cannot boast a baby-proof home. There are a few board games and children's books neatly tucked away in the stools and cabinet behind the couch for those days with inclement weather.

We provide 3 dishwasher pods and 3 laundry pods per stay.
