"I was given a room on floor 4 and there was no lift. I would not have booked if I had known this. The room was an attic room and unbearably hot and stuffy. Opening the windows and using the fan made it less oppressive but the traffic noise, in particular trams, was very loud. I suspect the rooms on lower floors would have been better."
