Lovely staff, very helpful and accommodated my elderly mom’s request for a room on a floor with an elevator (not all floors have direct elevator access some rooms have stair access because the elevator stops in between floors). Overall we had a nice time in Wroclaw and a very comfortable stay. "

"This was a slight splurge for us and it felt like a luxury hotel. We had a great stay at Herbal. It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and stylish. We loved that they kept the old wooden beams in our room. Lots of great places to eat nearby and a 10 minute walk to the square. "

"Beautiful location walkable everywhere. Loved Wroclaw even more than Krakow. Much smaller but still it had so much culture. The apartment had the most amazing million dollar view with the university on one side and marina on the other. Wish we planned to stay longer! We didn’t use the kitchen but it was sleek and had everything you would need. Two bedrooms downstairs and main on the level with the family room. Amazing balconies and a rooftop balcony with lounge seating. Couldn’t have picked a nicer place in all of Europe to stay. Just stunning. Don’t hesitate for a second in booking this place. I thought by looking at the map that it might be hard to walk into town but it’s literally 5 minutes over that bridge and a tram stops steps from the hotel to catch a ride to the main train station. I wish I was back there right now! Enjoy"

"The hotel is in a perfect location. It’s a walking distance to Old Town, historical places, stores, yet next to the park and river providing more resting atmosphere. Staff are very kind, speaking multiple languages, also English. They were very helpful in assisting in getting me a cab and being able to prepay. I got vouchers to the bar and I tasted most delicious latte. The restaurant on site is beautiful and I had the best duck ever. Rooms are clean and spacious. Each room has a small fridge and a pitcher to heat up water. I was able to adjust temperature in the room. On site is a gym and a spa. I got an amazing massage with shea butter. I got to know people working there and this truly became my home away from home. This is the place I am definitely gonna go back to. Thank you!"

"It was an absolutely amazing stay, the hotel felt like a sanctuary! Such a comfortable bed and very good soundproofing. The toiletries in the bathroom were lovely. Free tea and coffee in the stunning lobby was a lovely touch and all staff were so friendly and helpful. "
