"A very nice stay overall. I would have no hesitation to come again. Good value with breakfast included. There was no queue for check in. This process was smooth overall, apart from filling out a form on an iPad which only displayed the nationality options in Polish, despite the other questions being in English. The single room was compact but did not feel claustrophobic. The heating system functioned well. The room was very clean apart from 1 stain on the duvet cover on the 2nd night. It was not there on subsequent nights. There was a safe, as well as a carafe to fill up water from the water dispenser located near the lift. I liked this. The WiFi was OK but the signal was a little weak especially near the window. Bathroom was small but had a great shower which didn't leak much outside the cubicle - a flaw a lot of other hotels have. I would have liked an extra face/hand towel though. There were slippers which is always nice. Bed was comfortable and it was good that 2 pillows were provided as each one was rather soft so I doubled them up. The breakfast quality was uneven. Some items were excellent (yoghurt, sweet pastries/cakes) but others were average (grilled vegetables which were oily). I did like the menu to order hot dishes. The gym was slightly disappointing, but only because the hotel advertises fitness as a key selling point. I expected a cable machine which would increase variety of exercises. Location is top-tier, 5 min walk to the Rynek! But calm at night."

"Love this location. It was near old town.. hotel was quiet, clean and nice. The bar was also pretty good. It was near public transportation as well no less than 10 min walk to bus line & old town. Would stay again."

"Lovely spacious hotel room with a comfy bed and nice bathroom. Only complaint was the outside noise could get pretty loud from the street up to early hours. I appreciate this is due to central location but maybe better sound proofing on the city side of the hotel."
