"Amadea has become my new favourite place to stay in Bali. From the moment you arrive, the staff are 5 star — warm, polite, and genuinely helpful, creating a welcoming and authentic Balinese experience. The location is unbeatable, right on the main street in Seminyak. You’re within walking distance of everything — great restaurants, shops, and amazing spas. It’s so convenient not needing transport. Amadea has multiple pool areas, including a main pool and a quieter pool at the back which is perfect for relaxing. The overall atmosphere is calm and unhurried, making it ideal for a peaceful stay. I stayed in a pool terrace room, which was a highlight, being able to open your door and step straight into the pool is a real luxury. Rooms are a great size, beautifully presented, and include large smart TVs so you can log into your streaming services, which isn’t always available in Bali. Housekeeping is excellent — everything is consistently clean and well maintained. Breakfast is great with a good variety, including plenty of vegetarian options. I also felt very safe throughout my stay. The security team is attentive and ensures you’re safely dropped off and picked up, which adds extra comfort. The only small downside is that you do need to chase the sun a bit — by around 3pm most sun lounges are shaded due to the trees. Overall, Amadea offers incredible value, a fantastic location, excellent service, and a relaxing atmosphere. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again"

"Great spacious and clean rooms. Breakfast was ordering off a menu but could order how often you wanted. The outdoor pool area was great with comfortable lounges. The staff were amazing - very helpful in every way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Restaurants options were very good. The location was ideal as only a short walk to the centre of Seminyak but you could stay the whole time in the resort as you also had free access to the day club next door. Definitely would stay again"

"We stayed in Alila Ocean suite. The view was amazingly unforgettable! Room is spacious. But the lights controls were a little confusing. And the temperature control in the shower room was a tad difficult to navigate. Wifi can be a bit sketchy. But all these is compensated by the outstanding customer service and the view that greeted us everyday. Seasalt was beyond fabulous. Shoutoutb to all the smiley and warm staff , especially Dera and Rai. Though building feels dated, it is generally well maintained. I would love to go back again, and stay at room 316!"

"Disappointing stay. Seems there are no staff anywhere. Poor service at restaurants, went to the spa to book and was empty, went to gift shop says it's open but no staff, same with bars. Food was average quality for a high price. Most expensive stay and food we've had in Bali with the lowest quality. Much nicer hotels in the area with staff that are ready to assist"

"Tanah Gajah was by far the most relaxing vacation my wife and I have ever had. From our villa with infiti pool looking on to the rice paddies to the private walled accomodation, the extensive beautifully designed gardens, wonderful food by chef Dean, everything superb! Staff couldn’t do enough and everyone, from ground staff to housekeeping to management should be proud of your customer services, a truly fantastic experience, my wife and I can’t wait to come back."
