Superb stay We had a wonderful stay at Bali Beach Hotel. Of particular note was the yoga instructor, Oka. He really treated us with a personal touch. Very kind and caring. From bicycle rentals to available sun loungers, this hotel has it all. Amazing breakfast!

From the moment we arrived at the Bali Beach Hotel, we were impressed with absolutely EVERYTHING! What we loved most was the incredible staff. Every single worker, whether stopping for a conversation or simply passing us in the hallway, greeted us with a beautiful smile and a warm hello. It’s those little things that make such a big difference! We had a wonderful check-in experience with Day, and Mutiara was absolutely exceptional in looking after me and my family when it came to checking out on what we knew what going to be a long wait until our flight! The staff at breakfast and dinner were equally beautiful, always welcoming and attentive. The buffet breakfast was 10/10, and the restaurants served excellent food. The concierge team was fantastic, organising taxis and even arranging our laundry collection. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the rooms have everything you need, and we loved the thoughtful afternoon service, when staff would come by to replenish towels and water. And the pool? HUGE! We absolutely loved it! The location was perfect for us, slightly north of the main area but still an easy walk to restaurants, markets and Icon mall. We honestly couldn’t fault our stay. The service, facilities and attention to detail made our family holiday so special. We will most certainly be choosing Bali Beach Hotel again on our next trip to Sanur! Thank you for such a wonderful stay. ❤️

We had a fantastic 8 night stay at the Bali Beach Hotel. The staff are a credit to the hotel. Nothing was an issue. The buffet breakfast had lots of choices and was great quality. We were able to use the pool and shower facilities in our last day which was perfect for our late flight. We highly recommend the hotel.

Maybe partly because the building is a bit old, but there were some small bugs. Given that it's in a tropical area, having bugs around is pretty normal, but if you really can’t stand them, I’d recommend choosing a different hotel. The breakfast was delicious, especially the Indonesian dishes! The food wasn't overly spicy, and many dishes allowed you to customize the flavors to your liking, which was really fun. My favorites were the Bubur Ayam (chicken porridge) and the strawberry yogurt. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. While cleaning, they’d check in with us asking things like, "Do you have everything you need?" or "Would you like more of this?" The balcony was absolutely amazing! You get a great ocean view, of course, but the sunrise and early morning skies are stunning! At night, the moon looks so beautiful. We even had a bird visit us in the evening, and we got to watch fireworks right from our balcony—maybe from someone's wedding! It was such a beautiful experience.

Everyone was very kind and helpful around the property. They all spoke and understood English. Breakfast buffet had so much variety, with several made to order items, both Indonesian and continental favorites, with some different variety every day. Pool was huge, plenty of seating w umbrellas. Room had a great view of the resort, and new rooftop restaurant/bar was a bonus.

Review: Bali Beach Hotel Sanur – Mixed Stay With One Deeply Disappointing stayed at Bali Beach Hotel Sanur for four nights in a full sea‑view room. The hotel itself is very large, and it’s quite a long walk from the drop‑off point to the reception and then again to the rooms. The reception staff were friendly, though very focused on upselling during check‑in.The room was a fair size, with a nice firm bed, but the chair was uncomfortable and there wasn’t much shelve space for unpacking. The bathroom was very small, with no proper hanging space for towels, and still using old tap mixers and soap bars. The rain shower was pleasant, though the water pressure was only average. The balcony, however, was fantastic — spacious with a beautiful ocean view.During my stay, one of the lifts was out of order for three days, leaving only two working lifts. This meant long waiting times every time I needed to go up or down. Breakfast was okay but nothing special, and service was inconsistent — I often had to ask staff to clear tables. Restaurant service was better, and I want to mention Edi, who took great care of us.Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by an incident on the third day. On my way to the pool, a security guard stopped me and asked whether I was staying at the hotel. After I said yes, he then asked for my room number. I noticed that no Caucasian guests were stopped or questioned in the same way. Being singled out because of my skin colour left a sour taste

First, they were able to change our room to king size bed as we requested, which sounds nice. However, the new room did not have as good ocean view as the first one and it wasn't as clean. But the main problem was the closet door kept coming off (3 times) and almost hurt my wife and 6-year old daughter.

10/10 – A Wonderful Stay in Sanur From the very first moment I walked in, I felt incredibly well looked after. The staff were fantastic — everyone was exceptionally polite, kind and helpful. They made a genuine effort to remember my name and were always patient when explaining everything, from the hotel itself to recommendations and information about the surrounding area. The concierge team were wonderful with my luggage and took such great care of me throughout my stay. As a solo traveller, I particularly appreciated the attention to detail and the thoughtfulness shown towards anything I might need. I felt completely safe, comfortable and cared for at all times. The property itself is beautiful, very clean and thoughtfully maintained. My room was also incredibly quiet, which was particularly important to me, and I always felt very secure. I also attended the Kecak dance ceremony during my stay, which was absolutely beautiful and something I would highly recommend experiencing. The location is another huge advantage. The hotel is perfectly positioned along the beachfront promenade, making it easy to walk, explore and really enjoy the atmosphere and spirit of Sanur. The harbour is also very close, which makes the hotel extremely convenient if you fancy taking a day trip to one of the nearby islands. Overall, a genuinely lovely experience. Thoughtful hospitality, wonderful people, a beautiful property and an excellent location. 10 out of 10.

We loved this hotel, staff were so friendly. The check-in process was lovely, the entrance is really quite an experience. We were upgraded to the suite, which was spacious and well equipped. The view to the sea was just beautiful, make an effort to see the sunrise, it’s wonderful. The breakfast really was 5* so much choice and always refreshed, and freshly cooked. It really was a very good breakfast. The location was a little further up the beach, but having taken out a bike and cycled the whole beach area, we felt that we were not missing out on anything. It’s about a 10min walk to the icon mall, and there are many choices of eateries around the hotel, head out the back for a more authentic choice. Pool is busy and people do reserve sun beds before they go for breakfast, so can get very busy. But the pool was clean and very large.. The beach opposite is really very beautiful and well maintained, lots of local sellers along the beach front too, which was great to see and support. Overall a fab hotel and beautiful part of Bail, but just to say, if you are looking for culture, in comparison to Ubud, this area is much more commercialised, however the locals have integrated with the tourists and you can really embrace their culture through food stalls and Warung’s… They are wonderful friendly people, and I miss their positive spirt…

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage direkt am Strand mit vielen Ausgehmöglichkeiten. Der Pool war angenehm warm und hatte eine tolle Größe. Die Family Suite war wunderschön und bot ausreichend Platz für uns vier. Ausgezeichnet war das Frühstück. Da findet wirklich jeder etwas und wenn nicht , kann man sich noch Essen und Getränke bestellen. Das Buffet am Strand war lecker aber auch recht kalt
