Calvin, Donny and Nicki was our tour guide they were amazing and made the experience so much better. Thank you for the fun tours Also, Patricia the sales associate in the jewelry shop in the Tamarin side was extremely nice and professional. She helped me pick out some beautiful pieces and her energy was so positive. Thank you Patricia! Overall, I would definitely recommend this resort. 2 thumbs up! "

"Aquarius restaurant staff is very friendly, specially Juanita. Had a problem at check out when I wanted to replace the payment from the credit card my husband had used for the reservation to my Visa debit card and my request was not accepted. Due to this problem I´ve written to the hotel, asking for this replacement"
