We especially loved the pool and cabana staff! Shaniqua and Jean Carlo were standouts! Also, Andrew and Jensen in the sushi bar. Superb!!"

"A special thanks to the staff at the guest service desk I believe his name was Eugene. My hair dryer wasn’t working I went to the front desk and was told they would relay the message to staff, but he saw me and asked me is everything was ok. He went and changed it himself. Another special thanks to the guys at the Palm Bar, Victor, Juan Miguel and Josuel. Thank you for such a great customer service and making my nights more enjoyable. The drinks were amazing and their creativeness was top!!!you guys were amazing and enjoyed their vibe! "
