"Kiln house is in an idyllic spot in central Scotland. It had its quirky features but was a good space to stay for a week. The garden was lovely with all the little terraces and seating. We walked form the door one day, otherwise used the car to get to nearby walks. Parking was good with it's own spot. "

"Wonderful place for one or two people. There were so many nice touches: bits of history, fun The Broons books, well-equipped kitchen with coffee, milk, bread, and treats provided. The location is perfect, with a bus stop across the street, and town center a quick walk over the bridge. Everything you need for a home base in Perthshire."

"After not receiving any information as how to get into the property we finally got the information from other guests. The property itself had everything that we needed and the location was very good. Being a local from many years ago didn’t need to worry too much about what was going on in the area. The only issue we had was the toilet was not easy to flush, something that needs to be fixed."

"Had a wonderful stay, house is in the perfect location. Great wee pub around the corner! House is quirky but everything you would need. Hot tub was a great bonus especially as some of the party had just walked 54 miles in the Cateran Yomp👣. Would definitely book this property again."

"This is the most interesting location we have stayed due to the age of the home and amount of property. It was like stepping back in time with modern amenities. We used this as our home base to visit Stirling, Edinburgh, and Glasgow. It worked out well. If looking to get away from the business and noise of the city, it would be a good spot to relax and enjoy the property."
