Fabulous Apartment but take note!

We loved this apartment!!! It is well designed and spacious with very comfortable furnishings. However, it is hard to find if you arrive at night. So take note! If you see a Tuli Travel Center, turn around and enter through the archway on the other side of the street. If you see a PizzaNovell store, enter the archway to the right and walk towards the other side, the apartment is on the right.

We really enjoyed our stay! Check-in was smooth, and the directions to the apartment were clear and easy to follow. The apartment was exactly as pictured. Clean and well-maintained. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful complimentary touches, including wine, beer, milk, water, and snacks in the fridge. The only reason we’re not giving a full five stars is that the walls are quite thin. We were woken up at 2:00 AM by a noisy group next door. I reached out to Olala Homes, and they responded almost immediately, ready to assist. However, by then, my husband had already spoken to the group, and they were understanding. Aside from that, our stay was excellent, and we would definitely book again!

Great weekend spot

A Modern and Convenient Stay in Bucharest I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Maison Bucarest Apartments by Olala Homes for a three-day trip and had a very positive experience. The apartment itself was a highligh, it felt incredibly clean and modern, with a sleek design and all the amenities one would expect for a comfortable stay. It’s clear that a lot of care has been put into creating a welcoming and contemporary living space. The location is central and convenient, making it easy to explore the city. However, I must note that the apartment can be a bit difficult to locate initially. A suggestion for the property managers would be to provide the what3words address in the check-in information. This would be a huge help for guests trying to navigate the final leg of their journey and would make the check-in process much smoother. A word of caution for solo travelers, particularly those who might be arriving or returning to the apartment late at night: be vigilant. There were people hanging around the area after dark, and while I didn't experience any issues, it's always wise to be aware of your surroundings, as you would in any major city. Overall, I had a good time and would recommend the Maison Bucarest Apartments for its clean, modern, and well-equipped living spaces. With a small improvement to the directions, it would be an even more perfect place.

Unpleasant, noisy stay

The apartment is hard to find because none of the addresses they provide accurately match the location of the property on Google maps. Once you do find it, it's fantastic: clean, new, comfortable, a block from public transportation and a short walk from old town. Our first night was a dream, very quiet and cozy. Then a wedding party arrived and checked right into the room next to us. We could hear them talk, laugh, play music, and fight, as if they were in the room with us, nonstop from 8 pm on and on through 10 pm, midnight, 2 am, 4 am, and past 6 am, every single night for the rest of our stay. We asked the property to do something but they could not get them to lower the volume, close their windows, or party elsewhere (there's no staff at the property , they just text) and did not reply to my plea to move us to a different unit.

Lovely apartment. Very spacious, very clean, lovely little touches in the fridge. However we did have some issues. Arrived late at night and initially couldn’t find as postcode takes you somewhere else, it would help if you showed exactly where the entrance is. Code for main door worked however the code for our room didn’t. Very difficult to find a telephone number to get in touch but eventually we managed to get in the room. Not the best start when you arrive be try late at night with 2 small children. Smoke alarms had very bright red flashing lights which kept us awake so we had to go and buy eye masks.

Great location, new and clean.

Brand new apartment, nice shower, fully furnished with a few complimentary waters, juice, beer and snacks. Easy walk to Old Town. Great pizza place around back with a 24hour mini mart across the street. Everything we needed for a 3 day stay. Highly recommended over a hotel.

A very nice apartment - nice new building, with a super apartment, walking distance for everything, parking in basement. The place are not with reception 24/7 but instructions are very clear, and if needed they reply quickly on mail too. I can clearly recommend it to others!

I didn't quite understand the facilities of this accommodation and it wasn't clear to me what services were available e.g. there is a washing machine on level 5, as there was no hotel guide. I also didn't realise that the rooms are only made up once a week.

A modern room within easy walking distance of majority of tourist sites. I would recommend it and would stay there again. The property is located in a courtyard and not on the street. A little difficult to find. They do send a link to a video on this, but I missed it. My bad.

Die Unterkunft liegt im Hinterhof. Alles war sehr sauber und modern. Die Rezeptionistin war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Man läuft ca. 5min zur Metrostation Tipp: wenn man ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss hat, sollte man die Zwischentür zur Rezeption zuziehen.
