"The decor of the property was warm and welcoming. Loved the staircase to the lobby! The protocol of having to have a room key to proceed on the elevator to the rooms was a safety feature that was greatly appreciated!"

He was incredibly attentive to both my daughter and me, consistently going above and beyond throughout our entire stay. I was initially nervous about staying in a hotel, but Markel put those fears to rest. I had traveled from Indiana to Atlanta, and he made sure to express genuine concern for our safe return home. He thoroughly explained what to expect during our visit, which brought me great peace of mind. Markel truly deserves to be placed in a leadership role.
