"Our tv did not work. Called on it and no one came to look at it. I was able to fit in our toilet, but if I was anyone else in my family, not so much. May need to make a small sink cabinet in there. Very time space for taking care of your business…"

"My check in was at 3:00 but I arrived two hours early and Ms. Michelle help me to get in a room I could check in early in. She was pleasant to speak with and the rest of the stuff was also respectful and helpful too. They made sure I had everything I needed while on my trip."

"Let's start from the lobby: very clean, very welcoming. The room seemed clean, but it was not. The restroom was dirty, very dusty, and the shower had poor maintenance with a rusted tub and shower head. The door was missing pieces, as if something had chewed on it. The bed mattress was the worst part for me; you could feel all the coils. It was very bad; you could see it just by looking at the bed—it was all bumpy. It definitely needs a new mattress. And one thing I left wondering was if they had some type of bug because we left with bumps on our legs and arms. Do not recommend."

"This is our 2nd time to stay here in 12 months. We love the location and how easy it is to get around the riverwalk. The rooms are nice and clean, we really like everything about the hotel. My only hiccup was the breakfast. It closes at 10 and both Saturday & Sunday we got there at 9:40 there was barely any food on one side and we didn’t know there was food on the other side because the sign pointed to the right. We stood in line behind 2 people for 20 minutes trying to make waffles but the batter was to thick to drain so Saturday we didn't get waffles. Then Sunday the same thing happened but someone told us the batter was better on the other side. We went around and found there was a whole other side but they'd unplugged the waffle makers. There was a pile of sausage patties and scrambled eggs so I grabbed a plate and used the spatula to get the sausages but the attendant was starring at me in shock like I'd just jerked it away from her. I set it down and moved to the eggs and she said "thank you have a nice day" then I noticed she'd already taken the spatula from the eggs and realized why she was giving me a strange look for using it, apparently "thank you have a nice day meant, "you're not welcome here after waiting in line 20 minutes because it's 10:05". So I grabbed a plastic fork and got some eggs on my plate. I was really surprised the breakfast was such a fiasco because everything else with the hotel had been great, but the breakfast was definitely frustrating."

"I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. Upon arrival, my room was not ready, despite checking in at the scheduled time. After waiting, I was finally given a room that had an overwhelming bleach smell, making it very uncomfortable to stay in. The room did not feel fresh or properly prepared for guests. The pictures online definitely do not match the actual rooms. The room looked much older. To make matters worse, the air conditioning barely worked and could not maintain a comfortable temperature. The room remained uncomfortable throughout my stay, and it was clear that maintenance issues had not been properly addressed. What was most frustrating was the lack of customer service. Hospitality starts with customer service, and unfortunately this hotel failed in that area. Guests should feel welcomed, valued, and respected, but that was not my experience. Based on the poor service I received, I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to others. For the price paid, this experience was completely unacceptable. Between the room not being ready, the strong chemical odor, the malfunctioning air conditioning, and the unhelpful staff, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay."

"To be honest staff was great, and the Iocation is amazing. However the bedding was dirty so check bed before getting in and so was the shower curtins. Being to tired knowing nothing can be done anyways but to change us room after we already unloaded vehicle. Yeah no... but other then that was a very beautiful location."
