great price but floors was not cleaned and it was some kind of waired smell in a unit, i guess its from epoxy floors, i hope it was not toxic. Also hottub was nice but they need to install a light, it was a ditch dark by jakuzzi, not safe a tall once you are done and trying to cover up the hottub at night. Also i would definetly change cleaning people, as soon as we walked in we saw some stuff on a floor. beds and shower was clean, well i would invest a few follars to change shower curtain, its like 1.25$ at a dollar store. the biggest thing i didnt like was dirty floors snd waired smell. Other wise the unit was large, spacious.not too far from traverse city and sleeping bear dunes.

This place is a good place to stay to get out of the city life, close to things to do within 30 minutes....... Pool is awesome, very very clean place to stay. Huge back yard

Clean, easy, close to small amenities

Property was clean and comfortable and fenced in back yard is private( great for my dog too), close to food, gas station and dollar general, easy drive to TC, we would most definitely stay there again! (Note: my family prefers to stay outside of major cities, we like more low key, quieter areas to stay and this was a great choice for us)

Amazing place!

Jessica’s place was wonderful! Our family enjoyed the spaciousness of the house and cleanliness of the property. The beds are comfortable and we made use of all of the essentials that was provided. The backyard is a great place to hang out, sit by the fire or enjoy the spa/pool. We will definitely be back!

Spacious, Yet Homey

My husband and I stayed for a week while we fished local lakes. There was plenty of space and it made a perfect home away from home. Loved the northern Michigan theme and the home was super clean. We didn’t bring children, but it would have been a great place for kids to play inside and in the fenced back yard.

Fun and Affordable

My family stayed at this property for a trip to see Traverse City and the surrounding sights. While it added meaningful time to our travels to have to go back and forth to Buckley, we didn't mind because it was more time we got to see the fall colors! The property was very well kept and clean for us, had all the basics we needed between days of adventure. And our kids were especially excited to try out all the cool jet features in the giant hot tub! It's in a quiet and quaint little residential street and with a privacy fence, helps escape the crowds of other more touristy areas. Would definitely consider staying again!

We had a great stay here for a family wedding weekend in the area. The hot tub was great and the open concept design was fabulous for our group. However, if traveling with a couple this property, while amazing lacks privacy due to the open nature of the floor plan. I would stay here again when coming to visit the family we have in the area.

Absolutely recommend, host was wonderful and so accommodating, the spa tub was amazing for the entire family. Very clean, and set up was very open and nice for the family. Host was very responsive when contacting her. I would come back to this property again. Neighborhood was very peaceful as well. You won’t regret it!

Sunshine Fields

My daughter played a softball tournament in Traverse City and this was the perfect house for us. We had two adults, four kids (6-15), and our two German Shepherds. It was spacious and the back yard was amazing. Jessica was a huge help and a pleasure to meet.
