The room was large, clean and had a lot of electrical outlets. The WiFi worked well. It was much better than expected. Would definitely use them again.

The hotel was fantastic, breakfast was amazing and it was in a quieter part of town close to public transit.

I have the highest praise for the service in this hotel. It was exceptional. They put so much thought into the smallest details: from the chalkboard message next to our room welcoming our family to their hotel to the petit fours and sparkling wine on our bed to help unwind after the long flight. It was exactly as promised. The room was quite large, we had a small kitchenette and a great espresso maker. It was clean and quiet. The building was lovely and staff was excellent. Only issue is that in our studio there were two steps inside the room between the bedroom and the bathroom...little challenging in the middle of the night so if that is an issue for you, ask ahead of time! Loved it!

When we arrived in Vienna, many streets were closed for a parade and the taxi could not get closer than 1 km from the hotel. I am mobility impaired and the hotel sent someone with a wheelchair to take me to the hotel and then he returned to take my companion with 2 suitcases to the hotel. Service in excess! The breakfast buffet was fabulous and the staff was the best! Next time in Vienna I will definitely return.

This property was much better than I expected. The hotel is new, with a clean and practical modern style that is so inviting. The rooms are large with everything you’d want, including lots of space in a new and clean room (which is not so common in Europe at affordable prices ). You can’t beat that the hotel is 1 block away from metro, so within a few minutes you could be at most places you’d want to visit. I recommend it fully. Ah! This hotel was all around excellent. The location is a hop skip from the Ubahn -transit system - which gets you pretty much everywhere you want to go in Vienna. There is a very nice Greek restaurant at the next corner. The hotel staff was pleasant, courteous and helpful. Organic delicious breakfast served every day. We couldn't have picked a better place!

This is a very clean, comfortable and organized apartment for our family. Very modern and updated. Comfortable beds and furniture. Great tv with many channels and able to use our Netflix. No front desk but easy to access and self check in when they send you info in advance. Kitchen and bathrooms were excellent, with sufficient supplies. Excellent Nespresso machine. Able to eat breakfast and some meals at home. No washer and dryer in unit but can access free machines easily to use in apartment...

Hotel was just perfect!! So clean tidy and staff were super friendly and helpful. Location is totally a jackpot! I never bought any transportation ticket or anything i just walked everywhere.

The hotel is on a great location close to the train station and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are very modern and well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay.

I had a great stay at Flexy Motel in Spielberg. What impressed me most was how easy everything was. The booking process was simple, and the self-check-in took only a few seconds. I’ll start by saying that this is the only place I’ll ever stay at if I come back to Vienna. Hotel is new, rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff is absolutely wonderful and super helpful. We had a great time at this hotel and loved using all their amenities such as the bar, sauna and the pool.
