"They were going through a renovation while we were there, but they had another room all set up for breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful even offered to help me with my bags, which I don’t ever get that at hotels anymore."

"The hotel room was very nice; the room was modern and updated. The bed was comfortable. The room was sizeable, and the bathroom was newly remodeled. The hallways were really run-down and looked pretty bad, but the room itself was very good and very clean. The room itself felt secure; the lock was good, and the neighborhood was EXTREMELY safe. Very convenient hotel, right next to the thruway. There is no elevator. So you have to carry your suitcase to the second floor. The hotel does not offer to carry your luggage for you, so be advised: if you have any mobility issues, this hotel has limited assistance for that, or you have to request in your reservation to be on the first floor. The hotel staff was agreeable. I'd stay there again. I recommend the hotel."

"The staff were super friendly and helpful :-) the beds were not the most comfortable, but the rooms were very clean! The pool was much smaller in person than appeared in the picture and there was some remodeling work that needed to be done along the walls. It is a fine place to stay. Great for the price we got it at."
