We walked in and the two young ladies at the desk immediately made sure we were taken care of! We checked in a bit early and that was helpful with suitcases! Every time we came back in the hotel, we were greeted and welcomed! Breakfast was prompt and a delicious variety of choices! We will recommend The Charm Hotel to anybody going to Budapest!

Hotel is located in the heart of the city with all the tourist attractions nearby. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room size we stayed in was very cramped with not enough space to walk. But otherwise had a very comfortable stay.

Safe and quiet and accessible area from and to the airport and to the main attractions… super close to the Danube river. Staff were friendly and helpful and well spoken and multilingual with english and Hungarian at least (may be more)! Room was spacious and super modern and nice style and the bed was comfy. The lobby and the bar are cool and the water cooler in the lobby is a great idea and save lots of back and forth time to the rather close conveniently 24/7 convenient store Mona! :). It was great stay and i will definitely choose Charm hotel again every-time i visit lovely Budapest
