Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was more than enough space for two people. The balcony was a welcome surprise especially that it can be accessed via both the bedroom and the den. Choose this accom and you won't regret it. I will deffo book again if I go back to Budapest!

Fabulous apartment. We stayed here with our 2 young children for 4 nights in the penthouse room. The master bedroom and bath was upstairs so we had distance and quiet from our children. Self-contained kitchen. Location was less than a minute's walk to the tram and underground train. Cafes and restaurants on the street at the front door. I will stay here again and I recommend it.

Excellent apartment, we enjoyed our stay. Our children had the unfortunate experience of having their rental car die in the apartment garage. It was a terrible experience for them, but the staff at the apartment made the experience more bearable by offering water, coffee, use of their bathroom facilities, and making calls for them. We are extremely grateful for their help and generosity!

Very friendly and welcoming. Arrived 3 hrs before checkin time. Lady at the reception told me room not ready but will contact once ready. Just left my luggage at the reception and when to have something to eat. Just after 1hr they contacted me to say room was ready. That what I call customer service.

Family trip staying in the nova apartments

Just got back from a 4 night stay at nova apartments. 6 adults & one teenager. We had a 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment was spacious & clean & central to everything. There are lots of bars & restaurants near the hotel most staying open till the early hours. The staff on reception were friendly & ready to help with anything we needed. Only moan is that the street outside is very noisy. 2 of the bedrooms looked out onto the street. This was very busy especially on the Saturday night and could hear people walking past coming back from partying until about 7am lol…..also traffic was noisy from very early. Bin lorries , horns beeping ect. So if you’re a light sleeper I’d ask for a room at the back of apartments. Having said that we all enjoyed our trip to Budapest & found Nova apartments perfect for what we needed

Great place to stay!

Lovely front desk staff, and located in a lively neighborhood. The apartment itself was huge! Parking garage is quite tight to get into, risky with a vehicle bigger than a sedan.

Great ty fr the money. A BarQue right next door is one of the best in Budapest. $25 USD gives you a great brisket meal w/sparkling lemonade. HUGE kingsize bed. Nice balcony view. Oddly, an indoor court as been sadly neglected. Don't let that stop you from enjoying this safe and secure lodging with superior internet connection. I especially liked the excellent lighting in the bathroom. Furnishing ok, separate bedroom, ton of storage. TV did not work but feel they would have fixed it if I'd asked. The stovetop was a mystery as to how to turn on, be sure to ask,but the oven worked fine. Changed sheets and handed out new towels Day 3 of my 7 day stay. Will go there again.

Unhappy family experience in Budapest

We booked the apartment for 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) and when we arrived really late on the night the sofa bad wasn’t been ready. We extend it and start searchings for bed sheets, once we fond them we figure it out that the pillows are in really bad shape and unwashed since begin of century.

Unfortunately, our experience at this apartment was disappointing. The unit had not been cleaned well at all, and it showed throughout our stay. The beds were uncomfortable, with mattresses so old that the springs creaked with every movement, making it hard to sleep. There were no proper pillows provided—only decorative ones—which made sleeping even more uncomfortable. When we arrived, the main bed had no sheets, and we had to request them from the front desk. The bedding that was provided appeared old and not fully clean, with noticeable hair and stains. The towels were thin, worn, and barely dried you off. The listing stated that towels would be replenished on the second day and used ones retrieved, but we only received two clean towels, and the used ones were left in the tub. The floors were also dirty, and while this was uncomfortable for us as adults, I would not allow a child or baby to crawl on them. In addition, although check-in time was listed as 3:00 p.m., our room was still not ready at that time. Overall, the apartment felt unkept, in need of a deep cleaning, and would benefit from updating. On a positive note, the location was convenient—quiet, safe, and close to the metro, restaurants, Stop & Shop, and a grocery store. The front desk receptionists were responsive, and communication was good. The AC worked reasonably well but did not cool the entire apartment. The apartment needs significant improvement before we would stay again.
