Excellent location, close to 2 main bridges, and behind a walking street with plenty of restaurants and souvenirs. Tall ceilings and temporary furniture. One floor stairs but doable for grandpas Only cons is the building itself needs to be updated

We arrived earlier than expected, they were able to accommodate our early arrival and were very polite and understanding. We were lucky that the owner happened to be at the property and was cleaning. The property is awesome and gives you a true feel of what it is like to live there. You walk through a courtyard upon entering. The only thing negative is that they require a CASH ONLY cleaning fee. I didn't see this in the fine print while booking. However the cleaning fee ending up being almost what we paid for 2 nights stay. If I had known the cleaning fee would have doubled the price of the stay I would have booked a hotel. The photos also showed an apartment with "River Views" since the apartment is directly on the Danube. However out apartment did not have a view. The place was VERY clean and in a GREAT location.

비교적 좋습니다

다뉴브 강 주변에 위치하고 있고, Daci street도 걸어서 갈 수있는 편리한 위치입니다. 룸은 아주 넓은 2개의 방으로 되어 있고 거실도 아주 환상적입니다. 각 방에 화장실도 별도로 있구요.침대시트는 그리 깨끗한 편은 아닌것 같습니다. 관리인을 만날수 없고 전화나 이메일로 접촉할 수있어 다소 불편하고, 질문에 대한 피드백이 신속하지 않습니다.

After arriving at the apartment as a party of 5 we called the contact we were given by Pelican stay to tell them this wasn't the apartment we wanted and the pictures when we booked were completely different. There was no window in the living room or bathroom - the add said there was a view of the Dunabe river which was a lie. Due to there being 5 of us it was very tight to sit in the evenings and it was insanely hot. We were given 1 fan which hardly worked. We didn't want to ruin our stay so continued with our holiday and when I returned I complained to both Pelican Stay & Expedia who did nothing - they offered me a £50 off my next booking voucher which was very odd since we would only get £10 each... but even when I tried the voucher It did not work. I then went back to them to say I wasn't happy and neither of them replied.

Muy bien ubicado y muy acogedor

El apartamento vale la pena. Está muy bien ubicado y es muy acogedor. Lo que no nos gustó es que nos dijeron que avisáramos cuando estuviéramos en el aeropuerto para enviar a un responsable para hacer el check-in. Pero la decepción fue que cuando llegamos no había nadie y fue complicado entrar en el apartamento, ya que las instrucciones las recibí demasiano tarde y via mail.
