The Address Devotion Loft

The Devotion Loft is a very large, fully renovated apartment located right in the city center of Budapest, next to the main tourist attractions and party district. It features 11 bedrooms, a spacious living area, three bathrooms and two balconies designed as smoking areas.

The Loft was designed in a charming, industrial-loft style with high ceilings and large windows, creating an expansive sense of space. It offers a prime location near ruin pubs, nightlife, bars, and restaurants, with major public transport and supermarkets just steps away.

Sleeping Arrangements
The apartment comfortably accommodates large groups with the following bed configurations:

5 bedrooms with one single bed each

4 bedrooms with two single beds each

2 bedrooms with one queen-size bed (160x200cm) each

2 comfortable double sofa beds in the living area

If you require a larger number of beds, please contact me so I can propose additional lofts located right next door.

Events and Exclusivity

The Devotion Loft is the perfect venue for events such as birthdays, family gatherings, or company meetings. This very large (200 m²) and comfortable space is well-suited for accommodating big groups of friends or families. By booking, you get the exclusive use of the entire loft, which has its own private entrance, guaranteeing comfort and privacy.

The apartment includes a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen featuring all necessary appliances and accessories (plates, cutlery, glasses, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, etc.).

Standards of Comfort and Hygiene
Your health and comfort are our top priorities. The loft was fully renovated in June 2024, so everything is brand new and meets a luxury standard.

Mattresses: All mattresses are 22cm orthopedic memory foam, meeting a 5-star hotel standard.

Linens: Fresh bed and bath linens are professionally laundered to guarantee perfect hygiene, just like a 5-star hotel. Linens are provided to all guests free of charge.

Cleaning: Thorough cleaning and disinfection are a must for us to ensure the highest standards of comfort and hygiene.

House Rules and Policies
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A €1,000 penalty will be charged for any smoking indoors.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is before 11:00 AM. Alternative times may be possible upon prior agreement if we have no guests before or after your stay. Free luggage storage can also be arranged by prior agreement. A late check-in fee of €50 applies for arrivals after 9:00 PM.

Noise Policy: To ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors, loud noise, music, yelling, and any other disturbances are not permitted after 10:00 PM. We understand that Budapest has a vibrant nightlife, and we encourage you to enjoy the city's many music clubs and bars. Please respect this rule; failure to do so will result in the immediate departure of the entire group without a refund. We are very strict about this policy out of respect for our neighbors.
