The Address Loft Apartment has been fully renovated in April 2021. Located in downtown, it has several public transports, groceries, restaurants and a shopping mall just next to the apartment. It has a private entrance from the street and it is suitable for families or group of friends.
Pal street Loft is waiting for you as a venue for events such as birthdays, family-, friends- or company meetings. The Loft is a very large (160 m2) comfortable space . The apartment is suitable to accommodate big groups of friends or families, up to 22 sleeps.
The Loft has its own private entrance guarantying comfort and privacy.
In the living room there is a big extendable table that can sit 12 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appareals and accessories (plates, cuttlery, glasses, toaster, kettle, microwave oven, dish washing machine, big fridge with freezer, etc.)and includes a smaller table (up to 8 people).
We where always extremely sensitive to the cleaning process of the unit but now we are taking even more care by a deep disinfection after each stay in accordance with the guidelines of Covid19.
Fresh bed and bathroom linen in 100% quality cotton are provided to all guests.
SMOKING: No smoking in the property . In case of inside smoking minimum 1000€ will be charged for re painting the loft.
CHECK-IN time from 16:00, CHECK-OUT time before11:00am. Prior agreement we can grant different timings if we have no guest before/after your arrival. Luggage deposit can be arranged free of charge upon pripor agreement.
EXTRA GUESTS: Our prices depend on sleeping person number. Minimum price is valid for 10 adult guests. Here you can book for maximum 16 people, if your group will be more, please write us, we have beds for maximum 22 people . You can give us extra guest number a day before arrival .

+ adult 25-50€/person/night according season
NOISE RULES: After 10:00pm loud noise, music, yelling, disturbing neighbors is not allowed, we have to accept they peace, thank you. Budapest nightlife is perfect, you can enjoy several music clubs, bars in the city center. If you would like to make an event, or party, please follow this rule, in case of non-observance the whole group must leave IMMEDIATELY the Loft without refund. We are very stick about this rule, because after your departure we will leave together with our neighbors, thank you for your understanding.
