"The penthause appartment is located on a fifth floor of a listed, built in 1912, building and very conveniently located within 3 min walk to M3 metro line.
There is a lift in the building and the apartment itself is very spacious, modern and clean.
Any shopping can be done in the supermarket just 2 min walk from the main entrance to the building."
