"The lodge had 3 rms w/shared kitchen and shared bthrm. U will rxcv a code in msgs to access ur rm. There r 2 other individual cabins w/priv bthrm & a barn nearby. Tis place is next to an old barn but the inside of lodge is clean n facilities r adequate for 1nght stay w/o any issues. We also enjoyed a touch of icelandic hospitality w/the host's baked "marriage bliss cake"-an icelandic specialty."

"Fantastic view in an idyllic valley and excellent hospitality! It's a nice home base for exploring West Iceland and seeing the midnight sun in the summer. Be sure to have a vehicle that can handle gravel roads."
