"This was our first stop for our two-week Portugal trip, and what a terrific way to stay. From check in to check out, both hosts Sam and Rich were friendly and accommodating without being intrusive. They made our stay extremely comfortable with a stocked kitchen, which eliminated a trip to the grocery store for jet lagged travelers. "Property is huge and well equipped. Very clean and loads of space to spread out (we were a group of 12). The only thing missing is a fan in each room. The rooms were too hot to sleep in without fans which we went out and purchased ourselves. Ceiling fans would have been more preferable of course. Also, the cleaners turned up an hour earlier than we expected as it stated 11am check-out. But the general condition of the property is very good. Pool was very clean and maintained throughout our stay. Shops are about 7-10 minutes away by car with no local amenities in walking distance. Could do with more fridge space given the number of people it can accommodate. Kitchen has every appliance and utensil you could need which is a massive plus. "
