"The staff were very courteous and helpful. The rooms are nice size and clean. If you ant a quiet retreat away from the crowded area, this is a place for you. Downside: not beachfront and you need to take a shuttle to their private beach which is lovely and not crowded."

We ate at the trendy restaurant and hotel next to this hotel and the food was just ok. We had no complaints at all. I highly recommend it. Would most definitely stay there again."

When I reached out with a special request, they were not only accommodating but went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of without any hassle. It's rare to find a team that listens so attentively and follows through so seamlessly. The highlight of our experience came at checkout. Knowing we had a flight to catch, management graciously offered us a complimentary 2-hour late checkout, completely unprompted. That small but incredibly thoughtful gesture made all the difference. We were able to freshen up, finish packing at our own pace, and head to the airport relaxed and right on time, without the usual last-minute rush. It's the little things that leave a lasting impression, and this hotel nailed every single one of them. If you're looking for a place where you'll feel genuinely valued as a guest, look no further. We will absolutely be returning on our next visit. Highly recommended!"
