We lost our phone on one of the guided tours (not booked through hotel, our mistake) and they were extremely helpful with calling the operator ans helping us get the phone back. Nice and clean room. Good breakfast - they make eggs on order, but window doesnt open when breakfast starts. Opened around 07:00 during our stay. We will stay here again next Krakow visit! "

"This was our first stay at Hotel Polski Pod. We arrived late at night but received a friendly professional welcome. A pleasant well kept building combining traditional features with sympathetic modern updates. Conveniently located a short walk up a quiet side street just far enough away from bustling nightlife of Krakow. Our bedroom was spotlessly clean and plenty warm enough despite the cold weather. All staff were pleasant and helpful. The breafast offers plenty of continental choice and some hot items ie bacon, eggs, sausages but not 'Full English'. However we would happily return here."
