"It list your stay as La Cresta but you actually stay in a hotel across the street. The Receptionist at La Cresta didn’t tell me it was across the street so I was walking around looking for the building. The hotel across the street was nice. "

"This was a terrible experience. We arrived at the property after a long and tiring drive in an unfamiliar city, fighting through traffic jams, only to arrive and find out that the property we booked was not available! The host wasn’t expecting anyone and immediately cancelled the booking. It left us scrambling to find a hotel at the last minute. Although the money was refunded , we received no apology or explanation from either the host or VRBO. This was a terrible experience!!"
