El edificio y el departamento ambos en muy buen estado. Lo unico que nos dejo una mala impresion es que solo recibimos una almohada para el sofa cama en vez de dos y no habia papel higienico de repuesto. Otra cosa que eso es un buen lugar y la relacion precio calidad es muy buena

Duas noites em Bs.As.

Cheguei 1 h da manhã e dei sorte que a porta estava mal fechada. Caso contrário não teria conseguido que alguém me entregasse as chaves do apto. O apto é confortável, estava limpo e arrumado. Não tem nenhum serviço. As portas necessitam lubricamento, fazem barulho de cinema de terror.

hola, la verdad.. muy mal, el dia que tenia que ingresar no pude llegar debido al trafico y lo hice desp de las 11... x lo cual nadie me atendio, me fui al estacionamiento a dormir, al otro dia me dijeron que por no haber llegado la noche anterior, ellos ya habian ocupado mi reserva y tampoco me dieron la segunda noche, perdi las dos, se manejaron mal, mi reserva estaba paga y no la respetaron, un falta de respeto.... muy mal,.... quisiera que me lo recompensen con otras dos noches..... gracias

Sur oolithe mais tout est ok.

Dommage que cet hotel fasse du surbooking car ils nous ont reloge dans un autre hotel. Mais tout c'est bien passe et l'autre hotel était très bien.

Ni bien llegamos no encontraban nuestra reserva que estaba paga.. luego nos dijeron que había habido un error que esa habitación la habían reservado dos veces que nos reembolsaban el dinero xq no tenían más disponibilidad.. a lo cual le dijimos.. no se.. ese no es nuestro problema.. reserva nos con tiempo y no tenemos a donde ir.. ofrecieron mandarnos a otro hotel a lo que respondemos que nosotros habíamos reservado este lugar no otro.. entr idas y vueltas lo solucionaron pero fue complicado en un principio.. Y pasamos un mal momento ya que nos quedábamos sin alojamiento. Pero finalmente se solucionó.

Estafa y decepción!

Reserve el hotel casi una semana antes. 2 departamentos para 4 personas lo q indica que irían 2 personas por cada apart. Garantice con tarjeta la reserva que tenía una política de cancelación del 50% al momento de reservar y se descontaría el pago total el día 27/10 o sea 24 horas antes del check in. Llegue al alojamiento a las 12 hs. Del 28 para hacer efectiva mi estancia y me comunica el encargado que había habido un problema con la baja de la disponibilidad que ellos habían informado a la página de reservas y q solo disponían de 1 depto cuando ya me habían cobrado 2!!!!! Sin más y no teniendo conocimiento de nada él Sr encargado se desentendió de la situación diciendo que nos podían recomendar un hotel!!!???? A lo que respondí obviamente que no loca. Así que ahora estoy en negociaciones entre el apart y la página para que me reembolsen los 3000 pesos. Me siento estafada y además perjudicada porque llegue 2 horas tardes al Congreso por tener que solucionar este inconveniente. Espero ser recompensada por tan terrible agravio como clienta de la página.

Confirmed reservation but no room available

They confirmed the hotel reservation and didnt' let me know that they didn't had any more rooms available until I got there even though in the reservation was my mobile and email
