This was a great find. Location was excellent with many eateries and sights close by. Minutes from the theater district. Safe area to walk at night. The service by the hotel staff is second to NONE.

As we have come to expect from Four Seasons, we were made to feel luxuriously at home from the moment we arrived. Their level of service simply makes everywhere else pale in comparison. Our concierge, Pablo, was the epitome of warmth and professionalism with excellent English!

The entire staff at the hotel were excellent. Concierge staff were very helpful in planning activities for our trip. Front desk and restaurant staff were excellent too. The hotel is in a great centralized location in Buenos Aires and within a a walking distance to great restaurants, museums, Eva Peron's cemetery and shopping.

Always a pleasure to return to this hotel, it's really a great deal in an area of hyper-expensive hotels.

Hotel is a high level business-oriented facility. Many of the guests appeared to be professionals visiting Argentina on business. Large number of airline crew present as well. Check-in was smooth, though for persons arriving on early flights, getting to your room might be a problem. I was upgraded for a moderate rate and got a room on the executive floor right away.

We stayed a the Smart Hotel for a full week on our two-week trip to Argentina. This hotel beat my high expectations and was such a perfect place if you're looking to stay in Palermo. The Park Tower is a grand hotel. No tour groups. Beautiful lobby. You are checked at a desk, not a counter. Superior service. Assigned butler. Elegantly appointed rooms. It’s a disappearing breed. Even if you want something more informal and casual, as many younger travelers do, you ought to experience a hotel like this once in a while. Finally, as expected, the staff are extremely courteous. Excellent in every way. Great location for tourism as well. One thing that we missed were indoor shoes/slippers (Asian) and a clock.

We didn't know where we wanted to be and lucked out . NH centri Historic is right downtown within walking from main attractions . Room was very light and airy . We had a fabulous experience. The hotel apparently has been recently refurbished and it shows the room we had was large, the plugs were all international, accepting multiple plug types. The shower was divine, with great water pressure and heat. The breakfast had everything you could ask for and they made us the most amazing cappuccino!! The one suggestion I have is for them to employe someone to provide information about the city and especially tourist attractions.
