Our requests from management were immediately accomplished. We stayed at one bedroom apartment. Some furniture needs to be refurbished but existing ones still in good condition. Location is excellent and safe. Dining options are good too.

The apartment is really nice. Location could not get any better. Too bad that the windows in the sleeping room are not sound proof. Because BA is a noisy city we went totally crazy with the loud noice. We were disappointed that we only got one towel change in our 12 day stay. Pay in mind that cleaning is limited.

The accommodation is in a very good location. We were attending a trade fair in Buenos Aires and the venue was within walking distance. It was great. The place is a bit busier, you don't get a full night's sleep, but we take that as a tax on how good a location it is. There was always a guard at the reception, but unfortunately never any receptionist or representative of the accommodation provider. Everything was handled only through WA. We repeatedly reported that there was a lot of mould in one of the rooms, it was all around the windows, on the curtains, it could be smelled everywhere in the room..., but no one ever responded to this complaint.

The room showed signs of neglect despite some surface-level updates. The bathroom was dated, and there was a hair on the bedsheets upon arrival. The room had a musty odor, and the strong chemical scent in the lobby was unpleasant. While the photos appear inviting, the actual unit we stayed in did not reflect the same quality and was disappointing given the price.

Only a couple of blocks from many bakeries, a great empanada place and Plaza Italia. The process for getting was easy, even though my card made it difficult because i was visiting other countries as well. Loved the big patio.

⚠️ This is a warning for anyone considering renting in this building or from this person named Christian. I received a very poor apartment that didn't look anything like the photos. Walking into the building was not nice at all and poorly maintained. The elevator is so old I saw one in the 1960s. Small and it didn't look in great condition. I never had a balcony as shown. My kitchen and bath were not modern as shown in the photos. I complained and ask for another room or a refund. Christian told me there were no rooms available and I would have to ask Expedia for a refund. I spoke to Expedia and they tried to call Christian but he wouldn't answer his phone now. . I left the building with Christian not telling me I couldn't get a refund but that Expedia would have to handle it. After not answering the phone for a couple of days an e-mail was sent and they denied my refund even though I had returned the keys under the understanding I was getting a refund. This was not as advertised. They may have what's in the photos but what I got was totally unacceptable. The staff are inaccessible too. Behind a buzzer system. At first they refused to give me the manager's number. Avoid this place .

First it is not a "hotel" it is a vacation rental with no front desk. After repeatedly trying to contact the property with questions about early check in, no response. They would request information from what looked like a spam email not an official Nido account. We did not stay there even though expidia had a "non refundable" clause we stayed at another hotel.

O apartamento é muito bem localizado. O checkin e checkout foram muito rápidos. Tudo é exatamente como nas fotos. Limpo. Amplo. Aconchegante.
