This was a really nice hotel to stay in a great location in the center of Buenos Aires. There were plenty of restaurants, shops, and cultural places to explore. The stay was also very affordable if you're on a budget.

Modest hotel

This hotel is located on a busy and somewhat sketchy street. The staff do not speak English and did not respond to any emails, phone calls or hotels.com messeges prior to our arrival (which was frustrating). The walls are thin so you can hear the TV next door and the breakfast is quite moderate (but priced at $12 per person - you might be able to get it for less at the hotels.com app). The rooms do have a tea kitchen and a table, a nice bathroom, and the beds were OK. The room was so-so clean. Overall, I would recommend a hotel in a more central location.

pics looked great when it was renovated years ago but now it just run down. floors in hallways and rooms are torn up and coming apart. toilets and faucets are not functioning correctly. breakfast was not that great. the best thing was the cheap rate and now I know why. location was also good.

El staff y habitación cumplen con lo deseado para el precio y el lugar, lo único malo es que se escuchaba mucho ruido del pasillo y de la habitación de al lado y no dormimos bien por eso, en cuanto a todo lo demás, todo muy bien

El hotel está muy bien. Teniendo en cuenta la categoría y el precio es absolutamente recomendable. La ubicación es inmejorable. La habitación excelente... LA DUCHA... un sueño. Algunos detallitos mínimos para mejorar, como por ejemplo, que NO te hacen servicio a la habitación si NO lo indicás, al contrario que el resto de los hoteles y el recepcionista olvidó advertirnos de este detalle. Hay que colocar en la puerta, así como se coloca el de no interrumpir, pero al dorso, dice QUIERO QUE ME HIGIENICEN la habitación. No desayunamos en el Hotel xq en la esquina resolvimos expectacular y a menos de la mitad de precio. El recepcionista también fue pillo no brindándonos el dato, pero es razonable xq tiene que vender los servicios del hotel. Por el resto... una excelente experiencia.

El personal fue muy amable y siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudar. El desayuno también estuvo muy bueno. Lamentablemente, la limpieza de la habitación no estuvo a la altura de lo esperado, y eso terminó afectando la experiencia. Ojalá puedan mejorar ese aspecto, porque la atención del equipo realmente merece un reconocimiento.
