"When arrived and tried to check in but they didn't have a reservation for us they told us expedia didn't make reservation for us but the receptionist helped us and got a room for us for the same rate as Expedia rate which was awesome. We were disappointed and upset that expedia didn't reserve room for us. "

"The Ac doesn’t work , microwave not working , or dust on the light and the room have smell"

"The Clerk at the front desk was very RUDE . When he spoke to me. I ask for assistance making a phone call and the clerk said the call would not go through. The room was clean, how I could tell was when I took my shoes off and walked to the bathroom. Before putting on my flip flops my socks were still white. Don’t know what was going on with the bed every time you sat on it . Or got in the bed to lay down. The bed made a loud sound . Housekeeping came by both days I stayed and asked if my room needed to be cleaned. I informed the staff I did not need their services at the time. I was unable to watch TV . Not sure if I needed to access the WiFi password. For some reason I couldn’t get it to go through. Oh on the morning when checking out I found the was some free breakfast items offered. But would have been to be informed by the RUDE Clerk at the front desk . Upon my arrival that there were some breakfast items were offered in the morning. After I did booked a 3 night stay at this establishment."

"The check in was awesome. We got there a little early and were able to find the front easily due to the addition info provided. It made finding everything super simple. We were greeted by David and Tiffany. They were so sweet and helpful. Tiffany definitely went above and beyond helping us and showing us around and how everything worked. She definitely loves what she does and that was our first impression of the whole place. We got up to the room and it was clean and had everything we’d need for our stay. The view was amazing. The pool was clean and quiet. We will definitely be back and booked again for our next staycation. Highly recommend."

"Good stay for price and location. The room was fairly clean except shower, which was an easy fix. AC worked well and was turned on for check in. The staff were excellent."

"Check-in & check-out process was easy to follow and the host was fantastic!!! We realized the gate wouldn’t open and she had someone come in to fix the gate immediately. Within the first hour there, we were also greeted by a very friendly neighbor who offered help if ever needed. The bathroom was by far my favorite lol. Would stay here again any time!!"
