"Facility was nice. DRIFTRS, the management company, is really bad. We were there for 4 days. Upon arrival we noticed no toilet paper and half the light bulbs burned out. The place was so dark I needed a flashlight to use the kitchen. We reported these issues immediately. "Over all it was a great experience even though it was only for one night. The property looked great, clean and the guys at the front desk were amazing, super friendly and always smiling. The only observation that I have is with the Valet’s crew, they were a bit rude in a sense that they never approached the car, might not be a rule that you guys implement but in other places they tend to approach the car and ask if you are checking in or not. They are the first point of contact so they should be more careful."

"The view from our room was stunning. This is the cleanest hotel I have been to in Houston area. I am so impressed by the efforts put in to keep this facility so clean. The downside was having to go from 28th floor to the lobby to use the microwave oven. One on each floor could make a whole lot of difference. Above all, we had an excellent time in this hotel."

No ice machines, had to call front desk and request ice be brought. Depending on time, it can come fast or take very long."
