Best stay ever! Staff was amazing and friendly. Very clean room with priceless view. Room was equipped with a full size refrigerator, washer/dryer, oven, microwave, cookware, dishes and utensils. Also broom, vacuum and ironing board. I would highly recommend a stay here while in Houston!

Beautiful property. Studio room was great. The pool, outdoor area and gym were all clean, beautiful, well equipped and visually very nice. No problems at all. Quiet neighborhood close to the park and medical facilities.

Our room was spotless, parking is included in the parking garage below the building. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again! Pool/hot tub were nice and every common area was well kept. Beautiful city views and close to everything!

From the second we arrived to the second we left, to make this short...AMAZING!!! Greg the front desk made our 24 hours magnificent thats all I can say. Cleanest hotel I've stayed at, along with an excellent staff. Will be staying again in the future.

It was so clean and new I felt the first person to stay in the room. The location was great. Parking was easy. Only suggestion would be to have some sundries available for purchase in the lobby. I will look forward to staying there again on my next trip to Houston.

Loved staying at this brand new accommodation. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Tiffany at the front desk. The rooms are luxurious and clean with amazing views of Houston. The workout area in an entire floor and rivals the best gym I've been to. And, there are gorgeous places to sit and relax or work on the outdoor decks or the many lounge areas inside. Don't hesitate to stay here.

The property is clean, new, and in a great location within the museum district. The amenities are as described. What needs improvement is the shower area- there is no place to put your toiletries, except the shower floor. The other negative is that there was a pool/ salsa party going from 3-9, so the noise level was insane. I had a migraine and trying to nap was impossible. Had I known at check-in, I would have requested a higher floor. Also, the process for late check out is silly. You should be able to request the night before, not the morning of. It defeats the purpose. Other than a couple of minor inconveniences, a nice stay.

The check in process was not so great. We arrived at about 3:30 pm. There is no signage instructing you were to park. I waiting in the car on the street while my wife went to check in. There was no one at the front desk for a long time before she found someone in an office and asked where to park. We parked and went and checked in - all went pretty smoothly once we found someone to check us in. The place is very nice. However, when we got to the room , we noticed that the tv remote would work. We called and a hostess came up and after a while got it working. It worked just long enough to get logged into our Prime Video and U-tube TV accounts, then it quit working. The next morning when I went to take a shower just before check out time, there was no soap in the dispenser. We couldn't get the remote to work again so that we could sign out of our accounts for Prime Video and U-tube TV. Another hosts came up and brought a second remote but couldn't get either to work. We waited around for about 30 minutes but apparently the TV was working (not the remotes). We finally checked out and left. It seems like this new place doesn't have all of its procedures down. The elevators are quite different. We couldn't figure out how to get into the locked gate of the pool (keypad, so your room card didn't work). It would be nice to have instructions written down and left in the room about how the elevator works, how to get into the pool area, etc.

This is not a typical hotel—it's a mixed-use building that includes apartments, hotel rooms, and shared office space. I think this should be disclosed more clearly before booking. That said, the building itself is very nice, modern, and exceptionally clean. The room was beautiful, and the city views were outstanding. Waking up to the morning sunrise over the skyline was a real highlight of the stay. One thing to keep in mind is that there aren't many places within easy walking distance, so you'll likely need a car or rideshare to get to most restaurants, shops, and attractions. Overall, it's a great property with excellent accommodations and views, but guests should be aware of the building's mixed-use nature and somewhat isolated location before booking.

This hotel was such a beautiful experience for my husband & I. It’s fairly new since march and is so miraculous. We enjoyed the large hot tub & it wasn’t even crowded! The rooms are beautiful and come with dish ware. Bring detergent to wash your clothes. The neighborhood is nice & quiet. The galleria is about 15 mins away driving. The staff was amazing Jerek in specific! Very accommodating! The bar there is beautiful. 10/10 experience for sure!
