"We had a great time staying at this place for more than two weeks, which was made possible by an affordable price. Charming room in a 200 years old building in the center of Iglesias. Lots of history around. Excellent city vibe. Great dining options. 15 min from the closest beach. Very convenient if you are looking for a place to sleep and explore the island during the day. Hosts are wonderful, warm and welcoming people. They made our stay an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend this...

"Michele was very responsive & welcoming from the time I booked the accommodation. He sent a few links to places to see in Carloforte plus the ferry timetable which were all very helpful. Our room was very quiet, clean with a comfortable bed. Although breakfast wasn’t included, there is a kitchen with utensils, etc that one can use for a take out meal. Would highly recommend staying here. "

"Premetto che io normalmente sto a 21 gradi a casa mia, detto cio NON andate mai in inverno. 1) la proprietĂ  scalda solo le stanze con il condizionatore ma dato che la casa Ăš ghiacciata pareti e pavimento rilasciano un freddo che il condizionatore non riesce a compensare. 2) bagno in stanza ghiacciato perchĂ© la proprietĂ  non accende il calorifero 3) area colazione a circa 13 gradi dato che la proprietĂ  non accende riscaldamento della casa come detto sopra. 3) fa piĂč freddo in casa che fuori...

"L'Abete is a lovely, quiet place. Manager Marco was superb, really a fine, nice person who make me feel welcome and who wanted to be as helpful as he could. I was without a car, and L'Abete is a quarter to a half mile away from the nearest good restaurants and sites. But it was a nice stay; and even better if you want some quiet rest time!"

"Stunning location. A walkers/ hikers paradise outside the front door, almost at the top of a mountain. Really lovely b&b. Modern, clean and fresh design. Views all round. Peaceful location The hosts were super attentive and very friendly. Breakfast in the morning was delicious..The homade cakes were a real treat. Will definitely stay again. Breakfast was gorgeous "

"Rooms very basic - only 1 plug in room for tv behind furniture so not easy for charging. Reception staff were just ok - wouldn't let us use outdoor pool at 8.10pm after arrival in motorbike gear in 33° - which would have been a godsend (closed 10 mins prior). Was main reason we booked this place. The restaurant was good - excellent pizza and good prices."
