"Ho soggiornato solo sei ore su sette giorni prenotati perché ho avuto un problema grave di salute e non mi è stato rimborsato un centesimo su un importo enorme versato. La comunicazione con il proprietario scarsa, le luci dell atrio e del boschetto bruciate quindi risultava inagibile di sera e non in sicurezza. La tv solo in tedesco. Il cinema non ho potuto usufruirlo perché alle mie richieste mi hanno risposto dopo giorni. Pulizia della casa non perfetta. Posizione e panorama stupenda....

"We loved our stay! The house suited our needs for our 2 night stay in Lake Como and we loved the proximity to a lovely hike over the peninsula and away from the "touristy" spots of Lake Como. A couple notes... the pool view is not the view from the house and there is actually a house in most of the view of the house with only a side view of the lake out of the main window so that was a disappointment and honestly a bit deceiving based on the pictures. There were no toiletries (soap/shampoo)...

"This appartment has a beautiful view of the mountains and lake. It has a beautiful terrace and it is very nice that there is a fence. It’s is big enough for a small family but a bit more cutterly and glasses would be nice otherwise you are washing up right after every meal. The hosts are very friendly!!"

Die Villa Family liegt sehr zentral in Colico, so dass die Besuche am See, beim Bäcker, in den Eisdielen und in den vielen leckeren Restaurants und Pizzerien zu Fuß möglich sind. Auch gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt in Fußnähe, so dass nur für den Großeinkauf im nahe gelegenen Einkaufszentrum das Auto erforderlich ist. "Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in einem sehr schönen blitzsauberen Haus mit toller Ausstattung und einer tollen Vermieterin, die sogar einen wunderbaren Kuchen gebacken hatte. Leider haben wir sie nicht persönlich kennengelernt. Dafür aber die deutschsprachige Verwalterin, die ebenso toll und zugewandt war. Auch war sie immer unproblematisch erreichbar. Sogar als wir wegen Erkrankung unserer Tochter später anreisen mussten, waren wir mit viel Verständnis immer in Kontakt. Vielen Dank...

"Villa Mari is a stunning property. The view from the huge balcony is breathtaking, the pool and sun tertave is a life saver in the heat. The aircon is a huge relief and very effective. "Das Ferienhaus „Villa Archi“ liegt in einem ruhigen Teil von Colico, ein Stück weit oberhalb des Sees. Das Haus ist sehr gross, in hervorragendem Zustand, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber ist charmant und hilfsbereit und die Villa teilt sich mit seinem Haus einen parkähnlichen Garten. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und werden sicher versuchen, dieses Haus erneut zu mieten."

We had our two daughters with us (19 and 25), the bedrooms were a little tight, but we understood that would be the case when we booked. The check-in process was a bit tedious (first time I've had to send pictures of the water and electric meter before and after a stay). The architecture and decor of the apartment was well thought out and probably the highlight for us. The only negative part of our stay was the bugs...
