Great location, views, rooms, and spa—it’s truly a wonderful hotel. Although one staff member at the restaurant wasn't very friendly, they handled their work efficiently, so it didn't bother me. Overall, a great hotel that I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! The views are spectacular. Staff was very friendly and we enjoyed using the wellness spa. We walked over to the E bike rental place and we had a wonderful day biking all around the valley.

We liked this hotel very much! Location by the lake helped of course! Room was spotless, as was the spa area. Good choice of food for breakfast. Evening meal was okay although somewhat pricey.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel - most of the staff was over the top friendly and helpful. The place is in a location you have to experience, right on the lake. The room we had was more spacious than anything we had on our 10 day holiday. It’s a short walk to the train station, right on the lake and was a highlight of our trip.

Loved the spa and sauna. Definitely make use of the train station transfers for checking/checking out as the hotel is at the top of a steep hill. Breakfast was also fantastic, with a great view to outside Lake Moritz & if you’re lucky you may even see it snow! ❄️

Overall, this is a lovely property and the staff was very friendly and attentive. However, I was disappointed that all of the tables at the windows were reserved for breakfast. It is an included buffet and yet it was not possible to sit at the windows. I sat down, ate a leisurely breakfast and not one of the reserved tables were used. If you are going to allow reservations, you should require a time of arrival. I also had issues with my shower and it flooded the bathroom and flowed into the room. I don’t take long showers and turn the water off while soaping up and it still flooded. The room was adequate but very small so the flooding really made an impact. The hotel has beautiful views of the lake and is easy to access the town are. Overall, a decent property. I assume the cost was all about the location. Not sure I would book again.

It’s a cute hotel and the surrounding area is gorgeous. Very close to the train station, you just have to walk a little hill to get up to the hotel. Gorgeous views all around!
