"Had a wonderful week in Andelot-Blancheville. We were met by Bernadette and taken through the property and shown where everything was. It is a charming house very much in the French style but has great modern extras, the fantastic HEATED swimming pool being the highlight. We had a large clean gas bbq too which was great. The downstairs bathroom is a little dated but was clean and practical. The upstairs shower room is modern. The only downside was the flies (which is out of everyone's control)...

The two houses have been lovingly restored in keeping with the period of the property which made for an extravagant setting for us. "We enjoyed the villa very much, it is a good combination of a tasteful decorated old house with modern luxury. The garden has great outdoor seating areas and is fenced which was great for our dog. Nathalie is a very welcoming host. It is a pity that there is no bakery or restaurant in the village, you will need your car for that."
