Absolutely beautiful place. The vineyard views are stunning and everything feels peaceful and elegant. The staff is very kind and welcoming. Truly a 5-star experience!
This is a unique property that is without equal. Staying at Casa Real makes you feel like you live in an old style manor with all modern comforts. The service provided by Raul made us feel like we had our own private butler that took care of our every need. It is a special property.
The hotel is top notch. The gardens are exclusive to hotel guests. Upgrade to full board to get a wine tasting, tour, lunch and dinner. All were fantastic.
We had a wonderful stay. There are historical landmarks all around, and the food is great. It’s also super relaxing—you’ll be surrounded by nature… and there’s a pool to chill. Santiago is just a short 40-minute drive away. We’ll definitely be coming back.
Totally amazing, one of the loveliest places we’ve ever stayed. Very happy and friendly staff, beautiful facilities, great setting in parkland and incredible food & wine…..
The property is absolutely beautiful. The staff is very attentive and knowledgeable about the history of the home. The breakfast options was good and the dinner was superb. The grounds are beautifully manicured and the amazing trees and statues coupled with the chapel, grotto and pool amenities makes this property the perfect and romantic escapade. I highly recommend it!
The room was good and the grounds are glorious. We enjoyed time on the terrace and in the swimming pool. The air-con was not brilliant and the hot water was a little lacking. The wine tour was excellent and the guide was very knowledgeable; the tastings were generous and the accompanying cheese plate was very welcome. You need to get to know the systems - there is no bar, for instance, and waiters appear from nowhere to get glasses on wine of various types. We were never offered beers or spirits. Dinner comes with wine; this was not explained to us so we took the complimentary bottle of wine with us for dinner, but did not get a chance to drink it - we were flying home direct from Casa Real so couldn't take it with us, hence we could not drink it; shame. Overall we did enjoy finishing our Chile/Argentina holiday at Casa Real but it could have been made better with clearer explanations of what was happening for getting drinks and dinner - it just needs explaining on arrival or via email beforehand.
Beautiful grounds and excellent wine tastings. Food and dining service was excellent. Reservation communication also excellent. Room was very comfortable, WIFI good. Some issues with English with some staff and some transportation miscommunications. But well worth a stay/visit!!!!

Location/grounds/house was incredible - food was uninspiring. Enjoyed the wine tour but even the premium was a little limited in scope and what you get to see. Didn’t try the restaurant at the wine shop but looked good.
