"Had a great 6 night stay in a 2 bedroom Premier Apartment which was a great size. Space was clean, decor slightly dated but more than adequate. Main bathroom had a huge shower. En-suite only had a bath and a hand held shower that you couldn't really stand under to shower. Plenty of wardrobe/storage space for clothes. Appreciated the food parcel with milk, eggs, cereal etc and was able to top up from 7/11 or Cold Storage just down the road. Also was delighted to find a laundry room (1 on every level) which was free with a huge washer and dryer. Just bring detergent. Pool was beautiful, plenty of towels and frequently had it to ourselves. Could have used the pool at the hotel next door, but had no need. Location was lovely at the top of Orchard Road. Plenty of shops and restaurants around. About a 10/15 minute walk down to the ION Orchard where the MRT was. However there was a bus stop about 5mins away and this was great. It was also a stop on the Hop On/Off Bus which was handy. Never a problem to get a Grab. Also about a 15 min walk to the botanical gardens. They did have a shuttle bus down to the ION Mall too. Having not been to Singapore before I would maybe stay more into the city next time but we were very happy here."

"Hip vibe. Small but spotless, comfortable and quiet rooms. Plenty of shared work place in the lobby and it's really pleasant to hang out there. Each corridor has a shared fridge and a water station. Electric kettle in the room. Espresso machine in the lobby (you pay for the coffee with credit card). Literally steps from the MTR station (the One-North station on the green line). In the MTR station there is a food court with delicious and cheap food. For those of you who will be traveling to NUS during your stay: the hotel is NOT very close to NUS - you have to take the subway, or the bus, but it takes more than 30 minutes. Taxi/Grab takes 10 minutes."

Orchard Rendezvous Hotel by Far East Hospitality

"Had a lovely stay, all staff where friendly and helpful. I personally didn't have the breakfast but I was told that it was really nice with a great selection. Room was clean with plenty of space and a very good air con, which is a must in a hotel in Singapore. The pool was really nice to, nice and big with plenty of sun loungers for a nice way to spend evening after a day out. The pool opening times where very good, 7am -10pm, meaning you can have a morning swim and one late in the evening. Only downside was some construction noise but as we where out of the day it didn't really affect us. Great transport links with the bus and MRT close by. Plenty of walkable bars and restaurants close by. I would recommend getting a deluxe room that overloks the pool with a balcony. We didn't book one of these rooms but I think they would be much nicer to have a view rather then looking straight at another building. (As you can see in my 3rd picture, the superior rooms overlook the construction that will become another building right opposite your windows. I would definitely recommend this hotel."
