"Reasonable for its price. It was rated as a five star hotel, so i was expecting more. I find that rooms are cleaned and staff is prompt as we requested for bottled water. I find that service definitely can be improved such as informing us about the venue of the buffet breakfast and shuttle service available. We had to find out all these by ourselves. Location is good as we managed to walk to Jonker street.Wonderful stay.. can consider again if we wanna go Melaka again. "
