Most staff were very helpful, the room was good although could use a bit more attention to detail when cleaning as theres was a bit of dust build up in all 3 rooms we booked - Gym to. Breakfast was great and location is within walking distance from most attractions.

We got there on the first day and advised that we couldn't use the pool as they were throwing a pool party. They said the pool would be available the next day. It was not available until 3pm the next day and even then the place had not been cleaned up. It's a no smoking building but the workers were smoking while cleaning up. The shower flooded part of the bathroom each time we had a shower. The room at first sight looked clean but upon further inspection was quite dirty especially in the corners. It's central to the tourist sights which is a good thing. It's one of those places where you would only stay a day max two before you move on

Pleasant stay. Good value for money

The hotel has a nice rooftop pool with a bar. It is located in a quiet part of Melaka but there are many place to eat nearby and a shopping centre. You can easily walk to the historical centre and the river (around 15 minutes)

Very low end Equipment in Gym is out of order and outdated. Closed very early. Dark and scary. Swimming pool is dirty Breakfast is terrible.

Good location but terrible bedsheet and pillow

Had to keep playing with the aircon settings to get the temperature. Water pressure in the bathroom is good. The only setback is the bedsheet and blanket are dirty and with hairs. The pillow case is also dirty. Location wise is near to Hatten Hotel and nearby there are many famous restaurants. Jonker street is 20mins walk though.

The room look good. Breakfast so so only, no much choice not recommend for breakfast in the hotel. Gym room equipment no maintenance. Mostly gym equipment can’t function.

One of the room shower water pressure was very low very difficult to take shower. Receptionist on the check out day was very unfriendly and unprofessional and his name I forgot but he has a lady name that I remember…. I was stuck on the way back to hotel and I called to request to later check out and he threaten to charge if we’re late for 1 minute after 12:00noon. After explaining I was driving back to hotel but that day Melaka town traffic was very heavy jammed and I was stuck…he finally allowed 12:30pm I call him again to tell him my situation as car not moving much in the traffic… again he threaten to charge from minute 1 ….. his attitude is not suitable to be at front office … I just ask him I’m almost there and please extra few minutes. He said no. I rushed driving like crazy and thank GOD no incident happened to me my car … I arrived at 12:30pm sharp finally …. I park my car right in front the hotel door to rush up to check out … escalators not working…. This receptionist attitude is not fit to work at hotel front desk … very disappointed and unpleasant experience and this is my first time stay with this kind of hotel. Even a 5 stars hotel don’t do that as I’ve stayed many hotels all over the world.

Staff not friendly . Check in time is 3pm n check out must be before 12 noon (already reminded you before check in ) I find is unreasonable . This is my first encounter for hotel booking . Look like this kind of service turn down customer like do not come again next time .,First time and last time . Cannot consider to come back even though the room is comfortable but lucky room is ok except very stingy , tissue paper n toilet paper left over from previous customer . We stay two nights and second day we ask for tissue paper . Housekeeper only give us some only . I find is not hygiene just to pass like that instead of a box . Anyway it will be my last booking and will not come back ..

Awesome Experience

We enjoy every bit of our stay at this beautiful hotel and will plan to stay here again. Parking is easy and free at their huge private carpark. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The whole building is pretty and clean. All in-room amenities work and the beds are comfortable to sleep in. Above all, all of these come in a very competitive price setting while being so close and convenient to a lot of places of interest.

수영장물은 죽은 벌레가 떠다니고 선베드도 없고 그냥 바 옆에 작은 수영장 있는거네요.. 돔처럼 천장은 열어야 해가 들어오는데 사진이랑 참 다르네요..

Room is clean but both room 223 and 227 very NOISY sound insulation is very poor due to the room is besite the main road only ,WHOLE NIGHT CAN'T SLEEP..photo look like hight lever building but check in is only 3 lever shop lot..and my room number 227 water heater also not working..i stay so many hotel, this is most poor experience..after stay this hotel my next day very tired and no mood to enjoy my trip.
