This is an Airbnb, not a hotel, located in a luxurious building shared with other entities. Nobody representing my rental. The reception in the building emphasized that ours was private and refused to get involved. We were given a key later by a representative that eventually showed up, without much explanation, not being told that there were two symmetrical wings with similar numbers. We ended up opening the door of an apartment with a family inside. Horrible experience. The apartment itself was large, elegant and comfortable. It only contained two
plates, two glasses, two sets of silverware, a single frying pan and a small cooking pan, nothing else. No glass in the bathroom, no paper or cloth towel to clean in the kitchen.
I cannot recommend this place as it is.

"Brand new expensive Hotel. Beautiful landscaping. Service is good. Food is average. Room is good but can be better. The bathroom lighting is not bright enough as their downlight is pointing at the toilet bowl not the mirror. Shower area is small and there is no rack to put shower gel and shampoo. ..."
