"They were only two tiny operable elevators during my stay in this 10+ floor hotel, so the wait times when going down were bad. I just took the stairs, but for my elderly parents, they had to wait each time. Staff were nice and helpful. Rooms were good and they had a free stocked refrigerator (5 drinks) that was a pleasant surprise. The view from the room was also quite nice. We tried the breakfast that includes a made to order egg station and overall it was good, but we did not find it worth the cost."

"The location is excellent, right next to the train station for easy day trips. There is some construction going on. The room was very comfortable and clean but may benefit from some minor updating. There was a fan and a portable air conditioner which we did not have to use. The staff was very pleasant and helpful."

"The balcony room looking out lake Geneva is amazing. Make sure you take advantage of it during the sunset time. Hotel is right by the lake and there is a beautiful walking path along the lake right in front of it. Not impressed by the restaurant though. Overpriced for ordinary food."

"This hotel is more like a mini resort. The hotel and grounds are immaculately beautiful with top of the line updates to a historic building. "Great property just steps from Lake Geneva. The room and hotel were beautiful and grand. The breakfast that was included had great variety and made for a stress free morning. Especially since you can sit on the terrace overlooking Lake Geneva. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The spa, gym, pools are modern and quite large. It's really nice the property has both an indoor and outdoor pools. Overall I would highly recommend this property."
