Pat's Way Away/Quiet & Private Desert Oasis 🌴 short term available

*All guests staying must be on the reservation. This included guests visiting. Please just message me for approval before reservation. (its a small space and isn't for accommodating alot of guests)
*If you need an early or late check out we will do our best to accommodate you but cannot guarantee it.

This brand new renovated condo boasts a clean, hip western theme. The kitchen has open shelving, a live edge walnut bar top and all new appliances. We have all of the cooking pots, pans and supplies you should need for any meal.
The livingroom is spacious with a smart TV and a slider out to a little patio with a beautiful view of Laughlin and the Colorado river.
The bathroom has a walk in shower with rain head supplied with shampoo, conditioner and bodywash.
The bedroom had a very comfortable Queen size bed, alarm clock and black out blinds if your wanting to sleep in.
Over all, the place is extremely quiet & clean. Perfect for any get away!
There is also a community pool and hot tub (I personally have never seen anyone swim in it while I'm out there!) And FREE washer and dryers available 24/7
*We provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower.

*There is a free laundry room and we provide laundry pods under the cabinet in the kitchen.

*There is a BBQ available in the pool area for your use.

*The fridge has filtered water and ice. its best to use this. Also there is a water pitcher in the fridge with fresh filtered water we fill up for each guest.

*The TV has alot of channels local and steam if you go to the home page and go to "LIVE TV" if you want Netflix or any of apps enter your information to
set up. Just remove when you leave.

*Please keep front and slider doors closed at all times. This helps to keep the creeping critters outside and not inside!

Perfect Bullhead City Condo

Hubby and I stayed for 11 nights! This condo is perfect for two, has all the essentials, amazing southwest decor and located in a quiet neighborhood. Pool area is also very nice. Would highly recommend Pat’s Way!

Just wonderful

We loved staying at your condo Jill ! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a beautiful ,cozy ,home feeling. Jill has gone above and beyond with attention to every detail to give her guests an unforgettable vacation stay. From the beautiful Western decor ( that are friends oohed and aahed over), the comfortable bed and couches, well-equipped kitchen and every essential you might need ,this condo is a real treasure!! The complex is quiet with friendly neighbors and located in a beautiful neighborhood. We walked around it every morning. We also enjoyed laying out in the Sunshine by the pool. And it's really great to have a on-site laundry you can use. Patti ,the manager kept in contact with us to make sure that we knew she was available for anything we might need. Jill checked in with us often also. We hope to stay here again when we are in Bullhead City next winter. Warmly Becky and Tom from Castle Rock Washington

Above and Beyond our expectations

This property was absolutely wonderful. The pictures do not do this condo justice. So well decorated and the attention to detail was unbelievable. It was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay immensely.

Delightful

Nice, clean accomodations perfect for our visit to Camp Davis for a weekend-long music festival. Lots of whimsical appointments and thoughtful amenities. We made good use of the camp chairs. We were very comfy. Thank you Patti and Jill.

Great work/play getaway

Quiet get-away

The property is exactly as advertised; warm and inviting, beautifully decorated, super clean! felt right at home. Kitchen was stocked with basics needed for cooking. Far enough from town for quiet, but close enough for lots of food options and day or night activities. Neighbors are friendly and quiet, the pool and hot tub are peaceful and perfect to just hang out. Highly recommend if you want some peace and quiet, but also want to get out and explore the desert or nightlife at the casinos.

Oasis in Bullhead City

This condo was such a great place to stay and recharge in the middle of a 2 week camping trip. The home is so inviting and had every amenity we could have needed. The kitchen is very well appointed, the couches are comfy, the A/C kept us cool, and the free laundry facilities were much needed! It was also a nice touch to have a gallon of cold filtered water in the fridge waiting for us after a long trek through the desert! Communication was super smooth and check-in/check-out was easy. The location is easy to find and in a nice neighborhood. I highly recommend this spot if you’re staying in Bullhead City!

Birthday getaway!

Beautiful, quiet area, easy drive to Laughlin to enjoy jet boat tour! Not gamblers, just love the area. Oatman is fabulous too! Cute apartment with everything one needs to make your meals. Thank you!

Comfortable and clean condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The place was very comfortable and ver clean. I was amazed at the details the owner thought of. She even left laundry pods for our use! The complex is super quiet. We will be renting this condo again!
