3 Bedroom, 2 Bath 1944 SQ Foot House. Covered Patio with a beautiful view. 3 King size beds with new mattresses. House built in 2010 and all furniture is new. Large comfortable sectional couch in the living room with a large picture window. Spacious kitchen. Easily sleeps 6 adults plus we provide air mattresses and pads to sleep extra people or kids in the large family room. Close to Laughlin Casinos River and Lake. Patio with outdoor TV and Gas BBQ. Short Lyft, Uber or Taxi to Laughlin. Much more comfortable stay if coming to Laughlin or River then a hotel. ******* - Snowbirds or Long Term Rental's welcome Children are allowed. Great listing and host

Our stay was better than we expected. Plenty of rooms, great patio,comfortable furniture. The whole place is setup with great amenities, built in stereo systems with outdoor speakers, auto controlled blinds and lights. Plenty of parking.

Family visit

Located close to local gems and views of the mountain skyline. Bullhead city park is a wonderful spot for recreation outdoors and offers a splash pad. Earl's castle delivers hot, fresh meals. My zucchini/mushroom fajitas were delicious. Walk the steep incline for cardio and breathtaking views.

One of our favorite homes in Bullhead

Every year we book through Vrbo for our family trip to the river. We have stayed in many different houses and this one has definitely made it towards the top of our list. The home was absolutely immaculate, the host provided plenty of clean towels, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, beds were comfortable, and we definitely enjoyed the outdoor patio with the TV at night. There was plenty of parking for our boat and for our kids to park their car. We would defiantly book again.

July Lake Trip 2024

The house was very spacious and super clean. We loved every thing about it. The only concern we had was parking our boat. We just got a slip and it made the stay better. I thank the host for being so responsive. Will stay again if it’s available. Tea Lee

Good location-comfortable place!

Good location in regards to Rotary Park, grocery store, Starbucks, and a really good mexican restaurant. Very spacious. Comfortable bedrooms opposite end of living room/kitchen. We were not in the unit much for a 3 night stay, but it was comfortable and quiet. We did run out of hot water when 2 people showered/ran baths at the same time. Good stay and wonderful host. May want to update towels and bedding in the future, and add a small bedside lamp, and a hair dryer for both bathrooms. Would stay again!

Summer Getaway

Every year we we do a family getaway to Laughlin with the family, we usually book rooms at the hotel. This year we decided on a home bc of the little ones. Best decision! The home was extremely close to many restaurants and stores. Main store we shop at when visiting Laughlin is Sam’s Club, home was just minutes away from it. Experience at the home was great, very spacious. Parking was great, enough parking for the family’s. I have no complaints about the house, only thing missing is a pool… ha! Overall the house was perfect.

Winter Vacation

Our vacation from start to finish was awesome. The host was very accommodating and promptly answered all our questions we had. The listing for the house was spot on. It was spacious, very clean, and all appliances were in working order. Relaxing on the patio with the view it had made our vacation. There is lots of things to entertain yourself with. Drive to Kathrine’s Landing for fishing or Lake Havasu to see the London Bridge and a day on the lake. Lots of walking trails available to walk and enjoy the sun or you can spend a day at the casinos. We had tickets for Nascar and spent a day and night in Las Vegas. Very quiet neighborhood.Overall our winter vacation was just what the Doctor ordered. Would recommend staying here for anyone. We loved it.
