"This was our second stay and it is a beautiful spot. Very convenient to town. It is perfect for a couple. We had a third person with us this time and there are some simple fixes that would make a stay for more than 2 people much more enjoyable;1. a curtain to close off the bed alcove in the living room as the room faces east and it is impossible to sleep past sunrise in that room; 2. A slightly larger table and 2 chairs off the kitchen so more than 2 people can eat there. There is ample room for one.Also note, the wifi worked only on the deck not in the interior, if that is important to you."

"Wonderful panoramic view of the lake from the living room and deck. Clean, modern kitchen and bathrooms. Quiet and only a mile to hammondsport. Appreciated the air conditioning, but because of it there are no screens on windows/doors so you can’t have open windows. No ladder or way to get in the water which was a bummer. Great for shorter stays- for longer stays would have liked laundry, more kitchen pots/pans etc and garbage pickup."
