"Staff at the resort were amazing. From the front desk staff to the life guards all were nice amd always had a smile on their faces. Not to forget helpful. The property was clean and very well kept. The rooms on the other hand were a bit dated The bathroom definately needs some work done. Overall our stay was pleasant. "

"This charming little hotel is conveniently located near Palm Springs. It’s just a short walk away from shopping and restaurants. The double queen bed premium room was spacious and comfortable. I wish the restroom had a door for the toilet and shower, but other than that, it was perfect. Breakfast is simple but satisfying. Every morning, yogurt, muffins, fruit, and orange juice are delivered to your door. The room comes with a Nespresso machine, but you’ll need to visit the reception daily to get refills since you only leave a few pods when you check in. The pool area is spacious, clean, and comfortable, and pool towels are provided. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The front office staff is friendly and helpful with maps of the property. Parking logistics. Etc. The 3 bedroom unit we rented for the weekend was wonderful! Spacious and a private green backyard with chairs and a fire pit. Large kitchen and living room plenty of space for us to work during the day. Nice community pool. The garage held two cars in tight quarters but plenty of parking around the property. Loved everything about the property! "

The carpets throughout the property emitted a persistent and unpleasant odor, which significantly impacted the overall comfort of my stay. Additionally, the lack of water service during my visit was both inconvenient and unacceptable. While I did encounter two staff members who were courteous and helpful, the majority of the team appeared disengaged and unresponsive to guest needs."

"Really nice place to stay, the community is gated and very peaceful and quiet. The golf cart was a fun perk of our stay. The hosts responded very promptly and gave clear instructions. Great for Coachella, it’s a 9 min walk from the Omni rancho shuttle stop and a nice retreat after a busy day. "

"The best hotel! The location is fantastic, right next to El Paseo with all the restaurants and shopping. There’s a great spa and fitness centre plus two choices of where to eat. Parking is super easy and safe. The pool is fantastic and we loved the food and bar. "
