Beautiful apartment, everything you need. Only one negative, our ground floor ocean view apartment, only got some ocean view, majority was a view of the cars parked out front of apartment, otherwise excellent.

This was a very nice hotel to walk into. Everything was clean and tidy. The only down fall was the room was very bright, as the blinds had gaps in it, making getting to sleep difficult and it got very cold, the cover is fairly thin. However, I do believe there was an extra blanket I could have used and also the heater/ac, so this could have been somewhat prevented. Overall, a really nice place to stay. Thank you.

Complicated T&C’s; long list of threats and penalties for any wrongdoing; an over-abundance of detailed emails advising us of those rules and penalties; poor attitude from reception. We felt very uncomfortable during our stay and definitely would not recommend.

Overall excellent experience with this stay , as advertised is Seaview which is the main attraction , clear and quiet, tissue box without tissue , door handle is broken also second room not door locked for privacy however overall seems decent and not bad location as close to everywhere , furthermore Staff could be more friendly and professional, no smile at all and rude when check in !!

We were told last minutes that there was no lift to the level 3 room. It was not out of order since Sunday and still not fixed when we checking out on Thursday. It can be a problem if people are traveling with wheelchair or physical restricted. Location wise was good and the view from room was great

Paid for ocean view, but it was a trap.

We paid more for ocean view, but they didn't mention about there would have lots of cars parking between your stay and the ocean. Only if you are lucky to stay in second floor n third floor can get the view. So if you wanna pay that much, good luck then. Bad maintain as well. The room looked so old and smelling.

The hot water wasn’t working and they didn’t even tell us, just told us to wait 10 minutes and try again. They later admitted that they’d known for hours that the hot water system wasn't heating and they didn’t know why. They found a room across the other side of the hotel that did have hot water so we went and showered there, but that room hadn’t been cleaned so it was pretty gross. They didn’t offer us any sort of refund or send an email to apologise for the inconvenience.

Busselton stay

Loverly receptionist and friendly and nice clean and very quiet rooms. Large rooms and plenty of space Great location ! The $200 deposit you couldn’t pay by using your phone . Very odd . Only cash or physical card only . Not sure if this policy can be more up to date with times . Other feedback is the room we had , had a main door then 1 doors to our room then another to the another app which I would assume can be all opened so connecting both but as we weren’t told of this or given a option , it’s very noisy as u can hear the other app coming and going through 2 heavy doors as both bang loud a lot . Not great if there was a lot of traffic from other app . Only given one front door key which also powers the lights as you have to put in slot so not great if you have more than one person staying together if someone needs to leave and other stays behind as you then have no lights . Also no lift only stairs to these rooms which wasn’t advised before so probably should have known prior with bags ect . No flyscreen on main door to balcony which is a bit hard to leave open for air without getting insects in .

Schöne Wohnungen mit Garage

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen und sehr sauber und bequem. Die Lage ist schön am Meer, und gute Lage ins nahe gelegenen Zentrum. Die Unterkunft bietet eine gute Garage! Die Kommunikation für das Check-in hat leider nicht funktioniert! Hotel com lies uns mitteilen, dass man bis um 19 Uhr einchecken kann. Wir waren, um 18:30 uhr vor Ort und die Reception war bereits geschlossen. Das Hotel hat uns leider nicht informiert, dass sie neu um 18 Uhr schliessen… auch keine informationen falls wir später ankommen! Nach langem hin und her telefonieren hat es, dann zum glück doch noch geklappt!

Terrible Cleaning conditions

It's an old place that needs renovation. The air conditioner is full of mold. When you turn it on, you can feel the stinky of mold infesting your room, which is a health matter. There is no smart TV and the room needs an urgent renovation. You can easily get something much better for the same price. It doesn't worth the price they charged. There is a nice pool in front of the property, which I didn't use.
