Designed with Families in mind, a clutter free and minimalist space, with a Queen Suite privately located at one end, a Queen room and Kids room with 2 single beds at the other.
Come together in the heart of the home, an open space with Modern Kitchen, living and dining area to create lasting memories.

Parking at your door, enter from the undercover patio with outdoor dining area, into the large open plan Kitchen, Dining and Lounge with Smart TV, the perfect gathering space.
The Modern, well equipped kitchen boast a spacious breakfast bar and a scullery, perfect for preparing any meal, or use your barista skills with the Cafe style Coffee Machine! Off the dining space is a large sliding door, fitted with Doggy door to the outside, fully fenced and grassed yard.
Attached to kitchen scullery is the laundry with washing machine for your convenience, the laundry is also gated up as a small enclosure for pets.

To the left of the Kitchen, retreat to the comfy entertainment room with Smart TV to stream your favourite shows. Follow on to a large stylish bathroom with Open shower with separate bath tub, plus a powder room.
The Queen and Kids rooms also situated at this end of the house have stylish blockout curtains and comfortable beds for a good nights rest.

At the opposite end of the house escape to a private Queen Suite with motorised blockout blinds and a large, stylish ensuite, with open shower.
