"Poor communication and customer service. We booked for one night only and we waited for an hour for someone to come to let us in. When someone arrived to let us up to the apartment, we were told it was still being cleaned so we dropped our bags and had to wait until 5:30pm to access the room. "This house was AMAZING! Very roomy, great layout, unbelievable views and super friendly hosts! Caroline and John were very helpful recommending restaurants to eat at. We had 7 in our group, 5 women age 70 to 19, 2 guys, one 16 year old and one 61 year old. I can’t get over how beautiful and comfortable this house was. "We stayed in this beautiful apartment for 4 nights in April. Just 2 of us. The apartment was even better than the photos, everything had been thought out very well and it was possibly the best equiped apartment we have ever stayed in. We would definitely recommend a special meal at the nearby Cove restaurant. Beds were very comfortable. If we were to make a suggestion it would be to fit blackout blinds in the bedroom. All in all, a five star rating is fully deserved."
