"Lucy and Tim are incredible hosts and welcomed us with open arms. We had a wonderful stay here and didn't want to leave. We had cake, bread and milk left for us which was very welcome.They ensured that our stay was comfortable and for everything to help us find lifts to and from the Snape concert hall. "Had a lovely 3 night break at this property. It’s nice and spacious with comfortable beds and extremely clean. Everything necessary for self catering is there and I would thoroughly recommend it. The shower has great water pressure too (this is important to me!) Within a stones throw of a couple of pubs which both have lovely gardens on the water and serve food all day. Jump in the car and the local area has plenty to offer too. We had our dog with us and he loved the walks - no need for a car...

We appreciated the complimentary cookies but would have preferred some kitchen roll and , more importantly, a spare loo roll; there was a half roll when we arrived but no spare. Luckily I had tissues with me but it was a little inconvenient.
